Constructions in stainless steel and carbon steel, vertical and horizontal models, control systems and maintaining of constant temperature with heating fluid circulation system, insulation.

The storage of raw materials is the first point to be worked on to achieve high quality production. Our heating systems can be of different types for different customer needs, with the majority of uses with half-pipe that enhances the action of heat exchange between heating fluid and product. The equipments are designed to perform the unloading of tankers through the "closed loop" system as required by regulations. They can be equipped with agitatorsto move the product, made with flushed mechanical seal, to allow storage in nitrogen modified atmosphere, which can be obtained through our systems. For storage in nitrogen modified atmosphere, the tanks are equipped with special valves that limit the consumption of nitrogen, allowing high savings on the purchase. Continuous levels, as well as other instruments of control, allow to monitor the status of the material even from remote locations and can be interfaced with integrated inventory management.
