MIXING UNIT 80 dosing & mixing polyol-cathalist
80 kg for every formulation, batch from 40kg.
Technical features
Possibility to produce formulas with or without anti-static, available with traditional or magnetic drive pump, leak-free.
Technical description
The MIXING UNIT 80 answers to the need of having a machine that can automatically produce mixtures of polyol and crosslinkers of high quality with or without ant-static, eliminating the cost of manpower. The software of the MIXING UNIT 80 allows to monitor through the screen all the stages of processing in real time, with the possibility to include different formulations, reprogramming as desired, check the reports of previous weighing for each component, test each component by clicking the icons directly on the screen.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The machine has to be connected to the tanks of polyol injection or casting machine, and when the level of the tank gets lower than a certain value, the MIXING UNIT 80 will begin operating andweigh the polyol, then weigh the mixture of catalysts and finally the antistatic (when applicable). After a few minutes of mixing, the material will be pumped into the tank of the machine that has requested it, completely automatically. This cycle allows the continuous production without staff and prepares materials at the highest quality. Each MIXING UNIT 80 is supplied with a storage tank for catalyst in stainless steel and provided with load system, agitator, recirculation, maximum and minimum levels control, under dry atmosphere. The tank is controlled by the machine software for full automatic operation, the machine software will monitor the tank level and alert the operator when the level will be at minimum, allowing to load without stopping the process.
