Technical description
The FORMULA 200 was born from the need to self-formulate one's own additives blend. Thanks to a modular structure expandable up to 8 elements, its high versatility makes the machine ideal for the production of different kind of mixtures through the use of a single, independent solution.
The touch screen on the front of the machine allows to regulate the quantity of the selected components depending on the set formula. The FORMULA 200 can be connected to the lan network through ERP and controlled remotely using a dedicated software.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Each module is equipped with two pumps linked to suction nozzles that, when inserted directly inside the chosen components' barrels, will extract the selected quantity moving it inside a mixer. The latter will prepare up to 200 kilos of blend, following the given instructions. It is possible to regulate weight, temperature and mixing time. The components are weighted by two scales with different calibrations, allowing the user to adjust macro and micro components with maximum precision. The possibility to add expansion modules allows the machine to be tailored to the customer's needs, making it ideal to produce blends of variable complexity.
The unloading procedures takes place by positioning the desired container under the right-hand side of the FORMULA 200, which will deliver the amount selected via the front panel. Once the chosen volume has been unloaded, the machine will autonomously stop the mixture flow.
Between the various optionals offered for the machine, it is possible to request additional tanks (with a heating system and/or an agitator) to temporarely store the components before directing them to the main mixer.
