Technical description
An alternative to nitrogen production units are nitrogen decompression in cylinders, which provide the same storage quality but offer a very low cost of acquisition.
ADVANTAGES: Modest expenses for the purchase, easiness of use, total lack of maintenance.
FEATURES: Ramp to connect cylinders, one to five workstation(s) equipped with high pressure valves, rack for the proper positioning of the cylinders equipped with five separate places for fixing the cylinders to the group. A final decompression valve reduces the pressure of the nitrogen output to approximately 20 mbar, with capacity of 20 m³/h. The low pressure allows to minimize the consumption in the process of inerting.
